1. Who we are
This website and the digital books The Whitmore Rules, Volume One, The Whitmore Rules, Volume Two, Passing It Down, The 90-Day Plan and Old-Money Manners (together, “the Books”) are published by The Whitmore Rules, an independent publisher. Harold Whitmore is an AI-created educational persona used as the voice of the Books; he is not a real person, financial adviser or professional. By purchasing or using the Books you agree to these Terms.
2. What you are buying
Downloadable digital books (PDF), delivered by email as a single purchase. There are three editions: The First Volume (Volume One), Both Volumes (Volumes One and Two plus Passing It Down) and The Complete Set (all five Books). The edition you choose decides which Books you receive. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence to read and print the Books for your own household. You may not resell, redistribute or share the files.
3. Pricing & payment
The editions cost $27, $47 and $67, each charged once. There is no subscription and no recurring billing. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Prices are in U.S. dollars, and applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
4. Delivery
Download links for the Books in your edition are emailed to the address you give at checkout, normally within a few minutes of payment. If they do not arrive, check your spam folder and then write to support@relayo.org.
5. Refund policy
You may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase for any reason. Reply to your order email or write to support@relayo.org. Refunds go back to the original payment method. After 30 days, sales are final.
